Emerson Mehring

Emerson is a sophomore studying Biology with minors in Public Health and Pharmacology. She earned her EMT certification in August 2019 and joined the Science Communication Lab in March 2021. Her interests include biology, physiology, and medicine. Emerson is involved in a research lab within the Lillehei Heart Institute and assists with the 10k Families Study at the U. In her free time, she enjoys running, reading, and playing soccer. Emerson hopes to enhance her ability to share science discoveries with the public.
